Return and Refund Policy
Thanks so much for shopping at Bombshell Boutique.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Since Bombshell Boutique is both a physical store and website, there is a possibility of an item being oversold. The inventory tracking system updates only once an hour so boutique employees could sell an item in the physical store that has already been purchased online. We’re hoping this never happens but if it does, the online customer will be notified and a full credit will be issued to the form of payment used for online transaction.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags, in the same condition that you received it and free of odor.
Your item must be packed in a manner where it is protected.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e., screenshot of receipt).
You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request a return.
You can exchange the product with a new one (depending on inventory availability) or ask for a refund unless it is a sale item. Marked down items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Marked down items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Once your item has been approved for return, we will email you a pre-paid label you can print and attach to appropriate Priority Mail packing supplies.
